Overview
It's becoming clear that the emergence of what writer Fareed Zakaria calls the "Post-American World" is the biggest story of our time. Even an occasional visitor to China can see that a Copernican revolution is under way, where virtually every field, from coal to contemporary art, will be affected by the rise of China and the rest of the non-Western world.

Visionary business, technology and media leaders are recognizing this change, seeking to understand this revolution, and starting to factor China into the future plans. However, for leaders that are not living and working in China full-time, it is extremely difficult to keep up with the pace of change in China where today's knowledge can be rendered obsolete in less than a year.

The China Business Network along with its event partners CNReviews.com and Web2Asia is hosting an event in the form of a traditional Chinese business banquet on Thursday, August 21st. Our special guest for the evening will be Rebecca A. Fannin, International Editor for the Asian Venture Capital Journal and author of the new book Silicon Dragon: How China Is Winning The Tech Race.

Join us for an evening of networking and insight into current trends in China's tech, internet, mobile and VC sectors. Please RSVP early for this event. Only 70 spots available.
